Home Page   Lemon chicken

Makes about 4 meals.

Utensils Ingredients Cooking Method:
  1. Frying pan
  2. Wooden spoon
  3. Kitchen knife
  4. Casserole dish
  5. Oven
  1. 1kg chicken breast
  2. 300ml sour cream
  3. 2 dashes of tomato sauce
  4. 2 dashes of soy sauce
  5. 2 dashes of worchestershire sauce
  6. 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
  7. Corn Flakes
  8. Small amount of oil for frying
  9. Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 of you like)
  1. Turn the oven on to 180º C
  2. Dump the sour cream into a casserole dish
  3. Add the garlic, sauces and lemon juice to the cream, and stir in well
  4. Cut the chicken into small bit-sized pieces
  5. Brown the chicken in the oil
  6. Add the browned chicken to the sour cream thingy
  7. Crush the Corn Flakes all over the top to give a nice crust
  8. Put 5 dobs of butter (North South East West, and one in the middle) on top of the Corn Flakes
  9. Put in oven for about 1 hour or so (watch the corn flakes to guage the time)

Eating Method: Serve by itself OR serve with little fried potatoes and other vegies
