- Frying pan
- Wooden spoon
- Kitchen knife
- Casserole dish

- 1kg chicken breast
- 300ml sour cream
- 2 dashes of tomato sauce
- 2 dashes of soy sauce
- 2 dashes of worchestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
- Corn Flakes
- Small amount of oil for frying
- Juice of 1 lemon (or 2 of you
like)

- Turn the oven on to 180º C
- Dump the sour cream into a
casserole dish
- Add the garlic, sauces and lemon
juice to the cream, and stir in well
- Cut the chicken into small
bit-sized pieces
- Brown the chicken in the oil
- Add the browned chicken to the
sour cream thingy
- Crush the Corn Flakes all over the
top to give a nice crust
- Put 5 dobs of butter (North South
East West, and one in the middle) on top of the
Corn Flakes
- Put in oven for about 1 hour or so
(watch the corn flakes to guage the time)
