Soyaroni Pie

Utensils
  1. 1 large casserole dish
  2. 1 cook's knife
Ingredients
  1. half a packet Soyaroni
  2. 750g kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  3. 600g Cottage Cheese
  4. large bottle of Paul Newman spaghetti sauce
  5. 1/4 capsicum (finely diced)
  6. 1 onion (finely diced)
  7. 1 tomato (diced)
  8. 250g grated Edam cheese
Method
  1. Turn on oven to 185C
  2. Cook the soyaroni
  3. Add the capsicum, onion and tomato to the sauce
  4. Build up the pie in layers as follows:
    1. soyaroni
    2. kidney beans
    3. sauce
    4. cottage cheese
    5. soyaroni
    6. kidney beans
    7. sauce
    8. cottage cheese
    9. Shedded Edam
  5. Pop into oven for about half an hour until done
